From the First Well in 1882 to Maniv Rishon's 20th Anniversary: How We Turned Engineering Data Into a Film People Cry Over
A public water utility wanted a celebratory film. They got a brand film that connects a city to its roots — and proves that behind every faucet is a beating heart.

The Client: Maniv Rishon — Rishon LeZion Water Utility
When a water company reaches 20 years of activity, the expected thing to do is a "celebration video" — some management interviews, some facility shots, impressive numbers on a slide, credits.
We didn't do the expected thing.

The Concept: From 1882 to Today
Rishon LeZion wasn't built around homes. It was built around water. In 1882, when the first settlers dug in the field and found water — "we found water!" — became the victory cry that gave the city its name.
Maniv Rishon doesn't just supply water. It continues that same cry.
We opened with a drone — Rishon LeZion lake from above, morning light. Then went back to 1882. Not in flashback — but in continuity. Roots aren't a paraphrase of the past. They're the reason there's a future.

How to Present Engineering Data Without Losing the Viewer
50% natural water independence. ₪5M annual savings from recycled rainwater. Hundreds of thousands of service center calls per year.
These are impressive numbers that could be completely boring.
The key: each data point is revealed in its human context. ₪5M — the green fields where the city's children play. Hundreds of thousands of calls — the team that answers with a smile, even at night. Independent production — the technicians no one sees, working 24/7 so your faucet flows.
Organic motion graphics over field footage — not an infographic on a slide, but data living inside the story.
