Myth-Busting in Two Minutes: Behind the Scenes of Regev-Gutman's Video Campaign
How do you turn academic content into viral, witty video? We went behind the scenes of the production that dismantled 10 myths about online courses — and built immediate trust with tens of thousands of students.

The Challenge of Accessible Academic Content
In a world where consumer attention spans shrink by the day, the marketing challenge for educational institutions is enormous. How do you take seemingly dry academic content and turn it into witty, compelling video? For Regev-Gutman, we chose a bold creative approach: myth-busting.

The Hook That Works
The film opens with provocative, sharp questions dismantling common myths: "What is an online course? Is it just Zoom?", "Online courses aren't for everyone." The editing is short, tight and fast — precise cuts between illustrated questions and the presenters' direct, charismatic responses.
This rhythm maintains high attention from the first second, creating a rhythmic "debate" effect that keeps viewers engaged through the end.
Merging Worlds: Animation + Talking Head
The core technical challenge was connecting clean, dynamic 2D animation conveying the "myths" with high-quality studio footage of presenters Yaniv Gutman and Adi Regev. The goal: seamless transitions that don't break the pace.

The subtle grid background in teal-gray tones with clean typographic text in turquoise-blue conveys order and professionalism. In the studio shots, soft focused lighting without visual overload.
The Power of Eye-Level Communication
Instead of alienating corporate brand films, placing the presenters themselves center stage — answering at eye level and dismantling objections in real time — creates immediate emotional connection and trust. This is the secret that transforms a hesitant viewer into a registered student.
The film positioned Regev-Gutman as thought leaders in their field, building a loyal audience of thousands of successful students.
