Filming What Doesn't Exist Yet: The Truth Behind the LYFE Brand Film
How do you make a brand film for a building that doesn't exist yet? It's not just a technical question — it's a philosophical one. We discovered that selling a vision before the concrete is poured isn't less real. It's just a different kind of truth.

The Problem No Client Talks About in the First Meeting
When we walked into the boardroom at Ashtrom Group and Dan Real Estate, they put a thick project book in front of us, architectural plans, and renders. What they didn't put there was the building itself. Because it doesn't exist yet.
LYFE Business Complex, in the heart of BBC Bnei Brak, is still ground. Still intent. Still someone's vision on paper. And we need to make people feel like they're already there.
This isn't a real estate problem. It's a cinematic problem.

Three Worlds, One Language
The solution we developed wasn't "cover what's missing" — it was "build three layers of truth and weave between them":
First layer: Geographic truth Real drone footage of the area — access routes, the light rail, the Dan metropolitan region from above. This exists, this is real, this gives the viewer an anchor in reality. The drone isn't filming what will be — it's filming why the project was born.
Second layer: Architectural truth Precise 3D renders of the towers, lobby, EATUP complex, parking. Not "marketing renders" that look like Photoshop — renders built to sit inside real video footage without screaming "this is a computer." Every light, every shadow, every texture repetition — all calibrated to carry cinematic weight.
Third layer: Emotional truth Stock and AI-generated material that brings the lifestyle to life: who works in a space like this, who eats there, who arrives in the morning. Not "Shutterstock images that kind of fit" — a choreography of emotion that substitutes for the footage we couldn't shoot.

The Moment We Knew It Was Working
In the first-version approval meeting, the project's marketing director said something that became our internal quote for the project: "I keep forgetting it's not built yet."
That's the moment you know the film has done its job.
When a viewer forgets that what they're seeing is future, not present — that's not fiction. That's art. And if along the way it also sells office space — even better.
What We Take to the Next Project
Every real estate film that shoots an existing building starts from an advantage. The building is the hook. The camera just needs to be there.
When the building doesn't exist — there's no advantage. There's only one question: What makes a person want to be somewhere that doesn't exist yet?
And when we found the answer to that question, we understood that LYFE wasn't a real estate project at all. It was a project about building trust in time.
